Insect-O-Cutor® Insect Electrocutors

For use in areas where low life time cost insect electrocutors are preferred. Our wide range of models provides a variety of choice for almost any area within your facility … from warehouse load docks … to production areas … to labs … to even office areas. Insect-O-Cutors® incorporate state-of-the-art, energy-efficient components and black light insect attraction lamps that meet our stringent criteria.

Energy-efficient models are designed to comply with various energy conservation programs (LEED, Green-lights, EPACT). Electronic-ballasted units reduce overall electrical consumption while actually increasing light output by 8% to 15% per lamp due to increased operational efficiency. Less energy consumed … more insect attraction light emitted.

High performance models, now discontinued, utilized ultra-high current circuitry to increase insect attracting black light emission. An Insect-O-Cutor® innovation, ultra-high current circuitry over-drove insect attraction lamps without shortening lamp life.

HORIZONTAL HANGING STYLE MODELS WITH EXTERNAL COLLECTION TRAYS

Series 399ET | Series 494ET | Series 599ET

Horizontal hanging style models protect exterior entries such as loading docks and personnel doors; ideal for high ceiling areas.

With nearly 360 degrees of insect attracting black light lamp emission, hanging units employ large electrical grids to dispatch flying insects. These units require minimal ceiling heights of 10.75 feet. Unit's base must be at least 8.5 feet from the ground. Careful consideration of forklift traffic and material stacking should be made prior to installation.

Unit design features: Oversized external metal collection tray. Steel construction materials. Operator activated toggle switch deactivates electrical current for servicing. Spring loaded and fixed lamp holders for secure, safe, and easy lamp tube servicing. Side panel jacknuts (threaded holds) accommodate eye-bolts. Three-wire grounded cord and plug.
