Insect-O-Cutor® Insect Electrocutors
For use in areas where insect electrocutors are preferred. Our wide range of models provides an excellent choice for use in any area of the facility..... from warehouse... to office area. Insect-O-Cutors® incorporate state-of-the-art design technology (Energy-Efficiency) and special black light lamps that meet our stringent criteria.
Energy Efficient (EE) Models are designed to comply with various energy compliance acts and energy conservation programs. Electronic-ballasted models reduce overall electrical consumption, while increasing light output by 8% to 15% per lamp due to increased operational efficiency. Less energy consumed
more insect attraction light emitted.
High Performance (HP) Models utilize Ultra High Current (UHC) circuitry to increase black light emission for flying insect attraction. An Insect-O-Cutor® innovation, our UHC circuitry overdrives the insect attraction lamps without shortening lamp life.
WALL RECESSED MODELS

Series 18204E and 36204E are powered by electronic-ballasted circuitry that converts normal 60 Hertz line current to 25 kHz
for increased operational efficiency resulting in an 8% to 15% increase in light output.
Unit Design Features: The three-wire grounded cord and plug is positioned on top of unit to ensure trouble-free recessing. Tamper-resistant safety guard affixed by four removable screws to allow for routine maintenance. Internal metal insect collection drawer for long life; wraparound reflector panel behind electric grid to increase black light emission; spring-loaded and fixed lampholder sets for simple lamp installation and replacement. Heavy-duty transformer is shunt-protected.
The safety guard has slightly larger, overlapping dimensions than the unit. The vertically beveled guard abuts firmly to the wall surface. Note that the wall recessed body is in aluminized steel metal material.
Installation: For stability, the unit body should rest atop a permanent cross-brace/platform secured horizontally within wall opening. The unit body may be adjusted forward or backward upon brace/platform to accommodate proper wall depth. Convenient holes on unit sides (accessible by drill) allow for side-securing to a wall stud/support. Keyhole slots on the back of the unit allow for securing to a vertical surface.
