Energy-efficient models are designed to comply with various energy conservation programs (LEED, Green-lights, EPACT). Electronic-ballasted units reduce overall electrical consumption while actually increasing light output by 8% to 15% per lamp due to increased operational efficiency. Less energy consumed … more insect attraction light emitted.
High performance models, now discontinued, utilized ultra-high current circuitry to increase insect attracting black light emission. An Insect-O-Cutor® innovation, ultra-high current circuitry over-drove insect attraction lamps without shortening lamp life.

VERTICAL WALL MOUNT MODELS

Vertical Wall Mount Models are designed for use in areas where low-flying insects predominate … in areas with low ceilings … and in areas where available wall space may not accommodate wider units. Units may be flush mounted (recessed into the wall) or corner mounted.
Typical installations include personnel doors, loading dock areas, along high traffic corridors, at firewall breaks, at trash staging/compactors, and at virtually all exterior access points.
Unit design features: Steel construction materials. Rear panel keyhole slots for simple wall mounting. Safety guard and safety interrupt switch deactivate electrical current when servicing. Internal metal collection drawers simplify insect collection, emptying and cleaning. Spring loaded and fixed lamp holders for secure and easy lamp tube servicing … reflector panels to increase black light emission … accent pinstriping … three-wire cord and plug.
