NO VOICE-MAIL! The IOC® Marketing Group is service-oriented! Phone calls are never channeled to voice mail! Personal call-backs are made promptly.
Prompt Shipment: Most orders can be shipped within 24 hours after receipt. "Custom" orders (stainless steel units, custom voltage requests, hard-to-find lamps, etc.) are scheduled so that your desired delivery dates will be met.
Factory Warranties: Insect-O-Cutor® provides extended warranties on its products (except lamps). We believe we have the longest warranty periods anywhere in the world. For specific warranties, contact us.
Worldwide Sales and Service
Insect-O-Cutor® (IOC®) equipment is offered in standard (120V/60 Hz) and special voltages (220-240V, 50-60Hz) to enable customers around the world to benefit® benefit from its use. Many IOC® units utilize "universal" ballasting which adapts to any electrical configuration.
IOC® units are packaged to accommodate international shipping... whether via air, surface or containerized cargo holds.
Pro-Forma Invoices are presented in advance of orders to safeguard against error, thus reducing unnecessary customs delays. Payments are accepted via Bank Transfer.
